I think the Origami people wanted to make a Perfect Artificial God and Doris is their subject.

These lines highlight not only her divinity but also their desire to make her their 'Saviour'. The lines 'Beyond Misbehaviour' also implies they want her to be perfectly obedient which explains her obsession with being 'Polite and Good'.
But if we take the other video into context "Polite and Good". Lady Doris starts at the end of the world with nothing. I think the experiment went wrong and she ended the world as a result, severing her memories in the process and leaving her all alone.
That's a really good theory. I've always been curious about how Polite and Good feels like the ending of something (Things don't have to have an ending) even though it's supposedly Doris' backstory. I thought it could potentially be that the world is a time loop, but Doris ending the world and being left on her own would be a really interesting twist.
Maybe she didnt end it but managed to escape with her knife to "nowhere" and that's why it's still posible that the three circles find her.

Firstly the board at 0:29 seconds:
The blue poster says from top to bottom “not screaming”, “Polite hands”, and “Polite feet.” The yellow note attached to this poster says “Wear shoes.”
The green poster says “God is good” and the yellow note attached says “and polite.”
The long note on the right says “One full day of polite and good behavior shall be rewarded with ?? minutes of looking out the window.” I couldn’t figure out what the amount of minutes was.

The notepad most likely details therapy sessions and the writing at the top of each paragraph are the dates of each session.

You're 100% right about the last part. I thought it was part of a longer word but that doesn't really make sense.
Wait a minute. "Student observed pulling hair?" STUDENT? The notes might not be referring to Doris at all in that case. Or perhaps Student is connected to Doris in some way we don't know about yet.

Ok so some theory crafting here: We saw here that doris 3 eyes and one of them is red so I think the other 2 eyes will be blue and green. I also think the origami people represented by the three rings are the true evil but doris pretends its the dog. We can see this in the previous video when doris covers the 3 rings on the knife with a picture of the cat.

My current interpretation of this video is that the first people Doris met, whether they existed before her or were made by her, expected far too much of her. Doris seems to be the most literal case of gifted kid syndrome ever seen, expected to be an Almighty Saviour when, perhaps, she just wanted friends.
