You eat the Uncrustable, you drink the orange juice, you dip the EpiPen in the milk and eat the EpiPen and then drink the rest of the milk. You go out into the parking lot and outside is the president of the United States, Doovid, and he's cured world hunger.

]]> Thu, 05 Feb 2026 14:59:31 -0700 item_2824 Rainwall God, the S falling off of ACCIDENTS and cracking the floor like even the word itself is broken and dangerous here in Dorisverse, the stringy, pulpy speechbubbles from earlier when LD was wearily talking while holding them up like heavy spider-eggs weighing her down, the fonts and colors, this artist is SO creative at playing with speech and weaving it into the atmosphere like lifeblood, I've never read anything like it, I'm so inspired by these techniques. It's something very special, most artists just slap text down like paper, trying to make it as unobtrusive as possible to focus on the panel art, but this style feels like its using conventions from fifty years in the future.

Also Waffles makes a very dapper (and surprisingly competent?) prosecutor in his suit.
