There comes a point where you have to realize you are repeatedly throwing yourself at a toxic relationship and need to move on and find something/someone healthier. That opening yourself up, thinking, "THIS time will be different, THIS time they won't take advantage of my vulnerability" and receiving the exact same outcome is naive at best and self-destructive at worst.
